COMPANY OVERVIEW
Truth or Consequences Home Inspections is owned and operated by Steve Berini and Sheila Kearns of Calgary Alberta.
We pride ourselves on doing a thorough and complete inspection from roof to foundation, wall to wall, inside and out - every time. Our philosophy is to make sure nothing is missed. We don’t take shortcuts. After each inspection an extensive, multi -paged report is sent to the customer complete with photos and explanations of the findings of the inspection.

WHERE WE INSPECT
We’re located in Calgary but having rural connections we wanted to provide our services to other Alberta areas - smaller cities, towns, farms, ranches and acreages within an approximately 200 km radius of Calgary. Locations and areas we service outside of Calgary, and points in between, include:
